Cemetery
The Beavercreek Township Cemetery, located at 1980 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek Township, is maintained and operated as a non-profit, in-ground interment facility.

The Human Resource department manages all personnel, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and protected health information.

The Information Technology department manages and maintains the metropolitan area network computer system used by Beavercreek Township's employees and staff.

Road Department

Sheriff's Substation
The Greene County Sheriff's Office patrols throughout Beavercreek Township. In 2006, Beavercreek Township signed an agreement providing space within Beavercreek Township Fire Department's Station 61 for use by the Greene County Sheriffs patrolling in western Greene County.

All zoning requests can be directed to the Zoning Department, staffed by Planning and Zoning Administrator Ed Amrhein and Zoning Inspector/Code Enforment Officer Laurie Brown.
