The Beavercreek Township Board of Trustees will conduct a Special Meeting at the Beavercreek Township Administration Building, 1981 Dayton Xenia Road on Monday December 22, 2008 at 1:30 PM. The Purpose of this Special Meeting is to meet in Executive Session to consider the investigation or charges of complaints against a public employee and in Open session to consider of the employment of outside legal counsel, or investigator.

The Beavercreek Township Board of Trustees will conduct their last Regularly Scheduled Meeting of calendar year 2008 on December 29, 2008 at 1:30 PM, instead of the time of 7:00 PM time that was previously advertised.  The location of the meeting is the Beavercreek Township Fire Administration Building, 851 Orchard Lane.

Trustee Update: From Trustee Carol Graff: "The day has finally come. This has been a cooperative effort of many people and jurisdictions. The road connecting Orchard Lane and Factory Road is ready to be dedicated.  The dedication will take place on November 20 at 4 PM. This will allow people interested in the public meeting on the elimination of the at grade intersections on US 35 to be at the City Maintenance facility at 5 PM. The Beavercreek Township Trustees have named the road YELLOW BRICK ROAD.  The Beavercreek Township Trustees and County Engineer Bob Geyer welcome everyone involved in the process or interested in the project to be there - bring scissors[..]."
