The Beavercreek Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing in the Community Room, lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the hearing is so the Board may review and act upon a proposed amendment to the text of the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution. The proposed text amendment would establish conditions for and regulate the production and processing of Medical Marijuana in Beavercreek Township. The Beavercreek Township Zoning Commission, at their duly constituted Public Hearing on October 05, 2017, recommended approval of text amendment language to the Board of Township Trustees. The Trustees will approve, approve with amendments, or deny the proposed Text Amendment. A decision on a Text Amendment is a Legislative Action. The proposed text amendment may be viewed at the Beavercreek Township Planning & Zoning Department Offices, 851 Orchard Lane, on or before the date of the public hearing or by contacting the Zoning Office at 937-306-0065, M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
