Due to COVID, we are not allowing Ride Alongs at this time.  We will be reevaluating the situation in July and possibly open it back up to allowing Ride Alongs.  Stay tuned.

Beavercreek Township Fire Department allows for students of EMS and Fire Academies the ability to ride along on calls. If you are interested in riding along during a shift, please contact Amy Hiles.


Must be at least 16 years old

Equipment Needed

  • Black sturdy shoes or a sturdy boot/tennis shoe (no open toed shoes)
  • Blue or black pants
  • Safety glasses (fire department has some to borrow if needed)
  • White polo style shirt

Preparing for Your Ride-Along

  • Ride-along hours are between 0700 to 2200
