UDF is a proactive method of cleaning our water distribution pipes to improve water quality and restore system capacity in your neighborhood.
GCSED understands that this may cause some inconvenience. However, UDF is essential for maintenance of our system as well as ensuring that we deliver safe and clean water to your homes. Water is essential and our mission is clear: To protect the quality of life in Greene County through effective, sustainable and affordable water and recycling services.
On Wednesday, March 8th from 2:00pm to 2:30pm, GCSED will be hosting a virtual public meeting on conducting (UDF) of all our water main lines.
During this public meeting we will be talk about the process of UDF, how this might affect our residents, as well as answer any questions related to this project.
